Under the orders of the Chennai city commissioner, Sakthivel goes undercover as "Guna" to find and capture AG Raavanan (AGR), a crime boss. Guna, on the other hand, quickly realises that Raavanan's intentions were always good and must decide his next step in saving him from his political nemesis, Naanjilar Gunasekharan.
